Axens H-OilRC uses ebullated-bed hydrocracking to process heavy feedstock residues, atmospheric and vacuum residue, with high metals, sulfur, nitrogen, asphaltenes and solid contents. Conversion levels range from low conversion to above 80% depending on the refinery scheme. RC = Resid Hydrocracking
Axens H-OilDC uses ebullated-bed hydrocracking to process refractory oils such as vacuum gasoils (VGO), deasphalted oils (DAO) or Coal derived oils. These feeds typically contain metals, CCR, nitrogen or suspended solids that cause rapid catalyst fouling and contamination. Conversion ranging from 50 to 85% depending on feedstock. DC = Distillate Cracking
