Gabe Young

Gabe works for BASF Corporation in Geismar, Louisiana. He is responsible for developing and implementing training in the Utilities and Waste Water Treatment plant at the Geismar, Louisiana Site. Gabe has worked for BASF for 24 years in several roles within BASF including: Operator, Shift Supervisor and his current role as Learning and Development Coordinator.
Ron Lee
VP of Operations, Voovio
36+ years as a manufacturing leader. Ron was a Senior Executive and Plant Manager at multiple sites. His last role with DuPont was Global Corporate Director for Reliability and Maintenance. Ron is also an international Thought Leader in Operational Excellence. Ron leads Voovio’s Operations team, helping implement Voovio and drive value for all customers.
Francis Montemurro
Director of Operations, Voovio
30+ years as a manufacturing leader, having been Operations Leader and Plant Manager at several DuPont sites, including highly hazardous PSM & EPA/RMP Operations + discrete manufacturing facilities. Fran also earned the DuPont Safety Excellence Medal Engineering Excellence Award. Fran now works with Voovio’s refining, petrochemical and specialty chemical customers in solving operational challenges.
