Recently, due to COVID-19 pandemic we have found new ways to provide DCU specialized online support during Commissioning, Start-ups and Test Runs to our Licensed Delayed Coking units throughout the world, via real time link that allow us to access to the DCS screens data and laboratory results, and participate in daily meetings with the DCU Operations and Process group via Teams Meeting which allows us to provide opportune recommendations. In this presentation, we will share our progressive learnings from two recent experiences where we supported our clients using remote operating tools.
