Fran Montemurro is an operations leader with more than 30 years experience in manufacturing. He has been a plant manager at multiple DuPont sites. Over Fran’s career, he has successfully managed high hazard chemical continuous and batch operations. His teams were awarded both the E.I. DuPont Safety Excellence Medal and E.I. DuPont Engineering Excellence Award. Fran is now Director of Operations for Voovio and helps plants capture manufacturing know-how through Voovio’s digital platform.
Clint Jeffus, Director of Operations and Account Management
Clint Jeffus is the Director of Operations and Account Management. Over the past 20 years, he built significant experience with several multinational companies like Nan Ya Plastics (division of Formosa), Total Petrochemicals, and BASF. His key career focus areas have been: manufacturing (front line through Operations Management at PSM/RMP sites), asset reliability and integrity, capital and financial prioritization, and corporate strategy.
