Here is update on the Arizona Greenfield Yuma Refinery propsed site change to get around problems with blockage by the Indian tribe. (think part problem was from the tribe deeding over 40,000 acres state for irrigation project & 1500 acres was promptly sold to Yuma Refinery group almost same day…..yes that smells bad).

Move will help but most problems on 2 year fight have been with environmentalst that have successfully blocked any new US refineries (despite need, demand & acceptance by public) – still belive it is time for Oil industry start playing hardball with these groups.
