Is it possible that VR be carried over to main tower and heater during coke drum steaming?

The VR then re-coke in the heater tubes.

The heater skin temperature suddenly increase from 550C to 650C.
(This is the real situation in our DCU)

    Anyone has similar experience?

This seemed more to foamover, that VR carried over, There are other symptom has been observed?, if there is not another factor that increases the temperature in the bottom of the fraccionator (temperature of the fresh feed,  presence of HCGO of washing zone in the bottom, etc) .
But the probable cause maybe a foamover, because you said that problem is observed during steam injection.  Are you observed more coke in the bottom filter? Are you obeserved some cavitation in the heater charge pump?
You can get from  this forum, some guide, please, search the word “foamover” and you can found several discussion and paper, that can help you
    Best Regards

The coke drum pressure suddenly increase from 1.4k to 2.2k.

The main column bottom temperature suddenly increase 300C to 330C.

The discharge pressure of heater charge pump only increase a little.

You had  said that the pressure of running drum increases from 1.4 to 2.2. This is due to presence of condensate in steam which flashes in the running drum thereby raises the drum pressure. After a moment the pressure falls back which results in foamover(carry over)..Solution is you should drain condensate from the steam which is being used
