Valero’s Aruba refinery back at planned rates

NEW YORK, Nov 10, 2008 (Reuters) – Valero Energy Corp. said on Monday its 275,000 barrel per day refinery in Aruba was back at planned rates after it lost power due to Hurricane Omar in mid-October.
“We came back late last week,” said Bill Day, a spokesman for the company.
