US Refinery Status:Valero Port Arthur Coker At Reduced Rates

Valero Energy Corp. (VLO) said Tuesday that the delayed coker at its Port Arthur, Texas, refinery is operating at reduced rates amid repairs. The fluid catalytic cracker at Valero’s Memphis refinery was returning toward planned rates after completing turnaround work, a spokesman said Tuesday.
ConocoPhillips (COP) has completed planned maintenance at its Bayway refinery in Linden, N.J., a company spokesman said Monday.
LyondellBasell Industries’s (LALLV) Houston refinery reported Monday that a rupture disc blew, resulting in emissions from unit 433, according to a filing with state environmental regulators.
CVR Energy Inc. (CVI) said Tuesday that the startup of the new ultra low sulfur gasoline unit at its Coffeyville, Kansas, refinery was moved up to the second quarter versus the previous estimate to have it running by year end.
