    Texas man killed in fall at refinery
     
    AP / April 30, 2009 / GARYVILLE, La.Marathon Oil Co. has identified a 22-year-old Texas man as the worker who fell to his death Thursday at the company’s Garyville refinery.
    Jeremy Nuspliger, of Wharton, was working for Baton Rouge-based Performance Contractors Inc. at a construction site on the plant property when he fell around 11:45 p.m., Marathon spokesman Robert Calmus said.
    Capt. Dane Clement, spokesman for the St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff’s Office, said it’s believed Nuspliger fell 20 to 30 feet.
