May 6 (Bloomberg) — Royal Dutch Shell Plc, Europe’s
largest oil company, said the coker at its Deer Park, Texas,
refinery has returned to normal production rates after repairs.
“The refinery is back at normal,” said Dave McKinney, a
company spokesman.
The coker restored normal output after a sulfur recovery
unit was repaired, McKinney said. The refinery reduced crude
processing April 15 for the unplanned maintenance.
The Deer Park refinery can process 340,000 barrels of oil a
day, according to the U.S. Energy Department.
