Checking & preparing a plant change scheme which includes basically pressure survey, reviewing the instrumentation & equipment data sheets, adequacy check of relief & piping system of existing systems and their further up gradation as per requirement for trouble free operation.
Preparing daily monitoring report review DCS record and screen, Evaluate trend and result, daily balance of raw material and product. Handling Plant simulation process debottlenecking and process variable. .Involved in various non conventional flushing, Degreasing of heat exchanger, amine lines, chemical cleaning of compressor lines, punch point list out & rectified
Carried out Refractory Dry out of the heater during the construction phase with all safety issues taken care
Trial run of all pumps and compressors instrumentation alarm/trip system and Logic checking
In reactor catalyst loading , prewetting and sulfiding operation
Checking fire gas detection system and also a fire water deluge system of hot pumps.
Quality Yield Improvement Project of Diesel/VGO Hydro treating Unit to 200 KBPSD.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Taking regular rounds of unit to ensure safe operation of the unit
Recording and reporting of field parameter to field engineer and if required to Panel officer.
Monitor the pulse of different equipment in my section mainly the rotating Machines
Hand over and take back of equipment from maintenance as and when required.
Change over of Pumps/Exchangers
Checking of Firebox and burner flame pattern, burner change over and daily Soot blowing in heater
Sampling of various products for laboratory testing.
Ensuring strict compliance with safety procedure, work permit procedure.
Following proper housekeeping to ensure clean and safe work area.
Updating BSC checklists periodically for Safety Audit
