Feb. 21 (Bloomberg) — Pasadena Refining System Inc. is
shutting a gasoline-producing unit at its Pasadena, Texas,
refinery for “specific repairs,” the company said in a filing
with state regulators.
When operations are restored to the fluid catalytic
cracker, the refinery may burn gas into the atmosphere until the
unit’s wet gas compressor can be started, the report said. The
“event” began at 5 a.m. today.
