Offgas burning experience

What is Users experience on burning LPG Treater offgas into Coker Fire Heaters? If separate from normal Fuel Gas, what is the best burner arrangement: one per cell, one per row, or other?

Typically one burner/cell is good enough.

That’s what I thought.
 
I’ve also heard about other faciities (marathon coker) burning offgas in their heaters without burners, just pipe at many locations. I’d appreciate feedback about this.
Is marathon coker heater also provided with SCR?
