<Here is news alert that MAP has completed its Turnaround Maintenance work on its two cokers which have been down since March 9, 2009 (along with the rest of the Robinson refinery) and will be restarting soon. Robinson has a 2 drum and a 3 drum coking unit (But a Large coke drum is run against the two smaller drums acting as single drum & not in series as most 3 drum units are). No coker debottle-necking or drum replacement were indicated for this turnaround, but a heavy crude upgrade for Canadian Bitumen has been discussed (but was before Detroit & Cattlesburg coker projects were delayed). – Comments CRandall>
