EU UPdate – Here is a Bloomberg EU Refinery S/D & Expansion update over the 2007-2010 time frame. Several coker expansions missing – ie only 2 (BP & Repsol) of the 4 coker expansions in Spain are mentioned and couple of Russian cokers are missing. -
