Dear All,
Our FCC requires daily Ecat make up to keep fluidization. As I know, normally we use Ecat just for unit Startup.
My question is why our system do not make enough fine (0-40 micron size). What is possible cause?

AnonymousYour question should not be why you do not make fines, but why do you loose the fines. Normally and FCC is not designed to produce fines. There are some trick to do so, but those are not for normal operation. Do you know where you are loosing the fines? Do you suspect holes, or are your cyclones worn out?
