June 5 (Bloomberg) — ConocoPhillips, the second-largest
U.S. refiner, said maintenance to a fluid catalytic cracker at
its Belle Chase, Louisiana, refinery “is having a small impact
on production,” according to a spokesman.
“It should be back up and running in a few days,” Bill
Graham, a spokesman for the Houston-based company said in an
interview. Graham said it was difficult to determine how much the
maintenance would curb output because it “kind of fluctuates all
over the place.”
The refinery can process about 250,000 barrels of oil a day,
according to Graham.
