June 23 (Bloomberg) — ConocoPhillips expects its Ponca
City, Oklahoma, refinery to return to planned processing rates
this week after a power outage last week, a spokesman said.
The power loss knocked out multiple units at the refinery,
ConocoPhillips spokesman Bill Graham said today in an interview.
“We were in the process of restarting on Friday and right
now we’re still in the process of restarting,” Graham said.
The Ponca City plant can process 194,000 barrels of crude
oil a day, according to the U.S. Energy Department.
