I am currently working to SINCOR Sincrudos de Oriente C.A. like Process Technician in a Delayed Coking Unit that has 3 trains and 42 hours cycle and process 89,000 BPSD in a base case design, however after started up and tested it has eventually reduced the cycles to 30 hours and consequently the daily production of Liquids Hydrocarbons, Gas and Coker were increased.
I have been involved with Personnel supervising and all related to pre-commissioning and commissioning of plant, Startup and shut down, pumps checking, Columns, exchangers, gas compressor, fan coolers; Motor Operated Valves; Furnaces.
Also I have experience in Coke Drums Operations and coke cutting; Handling of Emergencies situations; Instructions, operation and emergency procedures; Check List; use and Control of Personal Protection equipments and wrenches, FIRE equipments checking, Plant Troubleshooting, Incident and Accident reports, Work permits; Electric sub stations; products Sampling,. Environmental protection. H2S Certificated, Confined spaces, preventive driving, electric sub stations level 2, even plant clean up.
Also I am Firefighter in the Upgrader where I work with the special training required for it.
