What is it the product (additives) recommended to mix with water and spray above the coke piles in order to keep under control de coke fines ? What is it the experience with this product ? I haver heard that Nalco as one product but, off course there are another products.

The name of the product we used is: WATER.
Initially, we had a truck spraying water over the coke storage pile. Later we put in a piping arrangement with fire water monitors.
I am not familiar with the product you named.
As with any chemical vendor, he will probably let you try the product first, before committing to purchase. You will need to set some parameters to be measured before and after using the chemical, to evaluate its effectiveness.
