The fire was at the East Plant in the Alky unit. The fire was confined to that unit.

The Citgo guys will likley chime in later and confirm – but
the OGJ Refining survey has always carried the Corpus Alky as an HF type.
Unfortunately Citgo.com site only does feature on Lake Chuck Refinery and just mentions Corpus Refinery.

Do you know who is CitGo’s distributor for PetCoke ?

Citgo has always had a long term marketing arrangement with
TCP who handles Corpus, Lake Chuck & Lemont petcoke.
Citgo may do some direct sales to Capex or Cemex but I doubt it.
Tell Sado & Karl that I said hello if you talk to them.
