    Might be time to look for back up to your Citgo gas card due to this months federal ruling on Chavez bond debt!
     
    Finally -Here is great update on long delayed bond debate battle Chavez has been fighting in US ….. and losing. The usual years of stonewalling and dirt tricks was finally stuck down in federal court this week by all US 23 Judges in appeals court and wont be going to Supreme court.  Venezuela/Chavez must pay $8 Billion to Skye & Venospa or risk seizure of their 14,000 Citgo stations.
