I am used to carrier:antifoam ratio about 100:1, but I would like to know if someone has another criteria regarding this?

Dilution ratios can vary from 50:1 to 300:1. 100:1 dilution is probably the most common. As important as the dilution ratio is the cutter fluid you select. Light gas oil is probably the most common, but a heavier stock (such as HGO), can sometimes be beneficial because it doesn’t flash as fast as LGO and can allow the antifoam to get deeper into the drum. I hope this helps. Regards, Kris
