Here is update on Total thoughts on French Refinery Closings – looks like 2010 pledge Dunkirk will be only one before 2016 isn’t going hold! (Not sure how that works there since way France is structured Company guys would stay on payroll even if plant closes ….. think they would have sell them first.)
Also in news weekend is more about COP selling/closing its Whitegate Irelands only Refinery.
