Here is update on Valero Pt Arthur project restarting – but just HydroCracker portion project that was delayed untill 2010. The Pt Arthur 45MBD Coker portion of project was first delayed for Canadian P/L in Sep 2008 and then Cancled around Oct 2008.
(Looks like post of picture of poured foundation & rebar sticking up did not make it).
