Here is nice recap/update on Russian Oil co in 2011 but they left off the Russian-China P/L and resulting JV on Coking Refineries there and the updates on expansion/addition of Cokers in Russian Refineries as well. Seems bit more focused on Crude sourcing using agreements & developments of Downstream assets as lead in to Upstream potentials.
