Here is update on China’s Sinochem expansion plans.
It appears that Sinochem is making moves in Brazil, Colombia, & Mideast to 4x overseas Gas & Oil source to 300MBD and hoping one byproducts of expansion will be easier to get Govt approval on its plants expansion projects.
