Here is update on Saudi-Total JV Refinery & Coker Expansion – looks like its 2012-2013 target date & $12B cost. Doesnt seem like they shaved cost all that much in re-negotiating project – but it does show the EPC cost was only $US9.6B & rest was 25% Finance cost that totaled to $US12B.
Foster Wheeler is doing coker technology on Jubail & COP technology on Yanbu.
