RE: Update-FW to be Reficar (Ecopetrol) PMS for Refinery/Coker expansion Colombia

Here is update on Ecopetrol/Reficar’s Cartagena Refinery & coker expansion – FW will be PMC.
 
It is unlikely that FW will be involved in coker since CB&I/Lummus is doing the EPC/Coker Technology on this project.
