Article title seems strange having Russia with former KGB & CIS party chairmen in charge of all business/country to think they represent different type government than China where all comunist are still at helm but in disguise?
Also good to see two countries used to taking assets, changing rules once new investments are in and mandating new rules ….. have to square off against someone who has similar MO!
