Haven’t seen news item in English yet but this will do to confirm Talara has licensed 22.6 MBD Flexicoker from ExxonMobil & by my count is the 23rd Fluid/Flexicoker (but ~9 have been shutdown). Originally it was going to be a delayed coker for the modernization project ~25MBD but that was changed early in the project development.
