The ULFA again trying take credit for India NOCL Refinery fire/explosion – previous attempts along same line were all false. Article said that fire was in Hydrocracker area plant – not sure if this could lead to coker revamp.
The Numaligarh’s coker was due for Coker Drum Replacement (last one 2002) but cannot find news on one or coker revamp update if there was one.
The NOCL Nagarjana Refinery Cuddalore Coker is due online 2012 using Technique Coker Tech/License.
Other India recent coker adds/expansions ongoing/completed for: IOC Haldia, Gujarat, Paradip (all FW’s) and of Course recent Jamnagar, Essar Vadinar, IOC Koyali, HPC-Mittal Bhatinda, and new IOC Paradeep, IOC Mathura CPCL Chennai cokers.
