Here is update on Pemex new Tula refinery & Coker Expansion project – Fluor getting $135MM Contract.
Hard tell who will be doing new Tula coker: Foster Wheeler, Fluor or Technip??
Note this is New Refinery separate from the existing Tula Refinery & Fluid Coker – which may still have its own expansion as well.
