Here was the Cosmo Sakai Refinery News Release confirming the Feb 18, 2010 Sakai Coker completion of 2 drum unit.
There was a partial coking unit picture that did not post but use the link posted to view.
This was one of 3 Asian coking unit additions that I was trying confirm (see posting on Refining News section Feb 2010)
