Here is update on India’s HPCL-Mittal Bathinda Coking Refinery Start up – was to be June/July 2011 but now mostly completed & forecast by 4Q2011.
Inida has number of coking projects completing in the 2009-2014 time frame overlapping the 2006-2011 & 2012-2017 coker addition cycles as projects globally continue to slide out of one & into the later one (aka Brazil’s recent announcement about its Northern Coking Refineries shifting into end of next cycle).
