The previous Sunoco & Sinclair Tulsa refineries were joined after purchase by Holly. The Sun refinery has coker but the Sinclair coking project was cancled (coke drums were at warehouse Tulsa Port Catoosa).
Holly & Frontier had announced they were pursuing a merger in Feb 2011 (see Coking.com post) which would make 5th largest independent refinery just behind Valero & Tesoro. The merger still has pass both companies shareholders vote & the Hart Scott Rodino Act. A FrontierHolly company would have significantly improved Asphalt marketing & Sour Crude processing capability than either company has today.
