Particularly in FCC if you are running the unit on Coke burning capacity (Air is constraint) then higher ambient temperature will reduce your coke burning capacity as blower capacity decreases with increase in ambient temperature. Also if you are using Fin fan coolers as column condensers then it may lead to problems in column pressure control at high ambient temperatures due to reduction in heat duty it can do.
