you haven’t any proplem you can incert HGO in the drum which in service by close HGO product and cerculat it from your frationator and heater and coke drum .whin the level of the HGO try is too low recive HGO from oil movment and containu incerting it in drum to make high level in coke drum after that open the drain valve of drum slowly slowly .let fireman standby
