I am currently working to SINCOR Sincrudos de Oriente C.A. like Process Technician in a Delayed Coking Unit that has 3 trains and 42 hours cycle and process 89,000 BPSD in a base case design, however after started up and tested it has eventually reduced the cycles to 30 hours and consequently the daily production of Liquids Hydrocarbons, Gas and Coker were increased.
I have been involved with Personnel supervising and all related to pre-commissioning and commissioning of plant, Startup and shut down, pumps checking, Columns, exchangers, gas compressor, fan coolers; Motor Operated Valves; Furnaces.
Also I have experience in Coke Drums Operations and coke cutting; Handling of Emergencies situations; Instructions, operation and emergency procedures; Check List; use and Control of Personal Protection equipments and wrenches, FIRE equipments checking, Plant Troubleshooting, Incident and Accident reports, Work permits; Electric sub stations; products Sampling,. Environmental protection. H2S Certificated, Confined spaces, preventive driving, electric sub stations level 2, even plant clean up.
Also I am Firefighter in the Upgrader where I work with the special training required for it. In that way, I can assist you in pre-commissioning activities carrying out the unit punch lists out identifying and rectifying the deficiencies and in the commissioning I can work  under team leader guidance as well as a team leader giving you support to achieve a safety unit start up. My English skill is very fluent As you can see, my course work and previous refinery experience could be appropriate and useful for Your Company.

Work Experience
During this time I have been taking part as Field Operator and Field Leader, and on job training and evaluating new Field Operators, improving and developing new operational procedures. I have participated in troubleshooting unit problems.
 
I have been involved with Personnel supervising and all related to pre-commissioning and commissioning of plant, Startup and shut down, pumps checking, Columns, exchangers, gas compressor, fan coolers, Motor Operated Valves, and Furnaces.
Also I have experience in Coke Drums Operations and coke cutting; Handling of Emergencies situations. Giving and executing operational Instructions by guidance of process Engineer/Supervisor to keep the operational liability of the plant. Handling of Check List to use and Control of Personal Protection equipments and wrenches. Monitoring of pumps, furnaces, exchangers gas compressor, fan coolers, Motor Operated Valves, and FIRE equipments as well.
 
I have had participated in Plant Troubleshooting, Incident and Accident reports, Work permits; work in Electric sub stations, products sampling, environmental protection.
 
I have H2S Certificate, Confined Spaces, preventive driving, electric sub stations level 2.
 
 
January 2001- April 2002. Certified field operator for the Delayed Coker Unit and Gas Recovery Unit of Sincor Jose, exercising tasks on activities such as pre-commissioning, commissioning, unit-start-up, procedures advisor, with outstanding achievement during these functions. 
 
January 2000- January 2001. Worked as an On Job Trainee field operator in Paraguaná Refining Center CRP, Falcon, Venezuela, in units such as Distillation, Vacuum unit, Delayed Coker, Gas Plant, Hydrogen Plant, Naphtha Treating units and Utilities. 
 
June 1999- January 2000. Specialized technician at Cied-Sincor, Valencia, Edo. Carabobo Venezuela, certified by PDVSA, with 47 approved courses such as refinery areas, crude upgrading, offices packages, team work, safety etc.
 
February 1998. Dekanter S.A. At British Petroleum Venezuela. As a Served Water Filtration Unit Supervisor also a Cuttings Barge (Offshore Rig) Supervising 8 Operators at Offshore facilities (Pedernales Edo. Delta Amacuro)
