CNRL 4Q 2007 SEC report indicated that the Horizon project is now 90% complete and should complete last 10% by 3Q 2008 as targeted. The previous 2Q07 report indicated the complete installation of coker & diluent recovery unit process as milestone for the second quarter 2007. The coker foundation was poured back in 2006 when the coke drums were ordered. So the upgrader & coker would seem to be on track for start up this year.
