Here is update on BP Whiting Refinery & Coker Expansion 6mo delay till mid-2013. Crude unit still comes online 2012 but Coker is delayed (timing-wise) until mid-2013 about 6 months later Oct 2012 previous target. Whiting cannot run Canadian crude until coker & other units are also online.
