We have a steam ejector system and vent a 2#’s on a 12 hour cycle. However, the ejectors are rarely used because we have no trouble getting to 2#’s prior to venting because of the addition of a couple more banks of fin fans. The steam ejector basically works by pulling a negative vacuum on depressured drum, helping to get that drum pressure down, it actually works very well, but like I said, we rearely use it.
