Double Roll Crusher by Triplan TechnologiesTRIPLAN is offering a unique system for coke handling in a Delayed Coker Unit (DCU). Unique in a way that the system requires less water and energy, eliminates hazardous emissions and provides the utmost safety to operators compared with traditional DCU design. During our presentation, we will highlight these unique features of the system, the benefits, and also the many years of experience with extremely good results in an operating unit in Germany.

Regarding CAPEX and OPEX of the CCSS, we would like to clarify that the introduction of this package will provide little extra investment costs, however remarkably less manpower requirements through consequent automation, significant savings through less energy and water consumption, as well as on operational and maintenance costs. Another important feature of the CCSS is flexibility in plant layout and environmentally friendly operation of the DCU. No more emissions!

During the meeting/presentation, we will expand on the unique technologies designed specifically for this application and well proven for over 10 years. Furthermore, we will expand on current installed systems and projects being implemented.

Werner VermiereWerner Vermeire has been with TRIPLAN Technology since February 2016. He is responsible for Sales and Marketing of the TRIPLAN patented Closed Coke Slurry System. Werner has a long history and international experience in the refinery world. Starting his career in 1977, he got involved in Slide Valves, Actuator and Control Systems used in Fluid Catalytic Cracking units. 15 years ago, he expanded into the Delayed Coking market. Werner holds engineering degrees in Electronics and Controls Systems and an MBA from Twente University.
